Please make note that the durian is not ripe enough to eat yet. Please store it at room temperature and wrap it with newspaper for a few days.
You can dig in when the durian shell cracks open itself or smell pungent.
Durians also contain an abundance of vitamins and minerals.
There’s a lot of iron, calcium, potassium, sodium, zinc, vitamin C and vitamin A, but no cholesterol or saturated fats.
